I started my journey on the Indoor bike a very long time ago, and at the time was a keen mountain bike rider.
At this time worked in London and life took over. After a very long time I felt the pounds pile on and decided to restart my Indoor Cycling journey. It was tough to start but soon thereafter found my love for it again.
With the right diet, drive, and attending classes 3-5 times a week, I lost 3 Stone in 3 months. That was the drive I needed.
As time went on my fitness dramatically improved, and as I improved I would see new people come into class that had the same struggle I had. So I set myself a challenge, take the driving seat and be an Instructor.
In 2019, gained my certification in ETM and certified as a Spinning Instructor. At the time I was predominantly attending Les Mills Sprint and RPM, so when the time was right I set my sights onto certification for these two programs.
I gained my Les Mills RPM Advanced instructor certification late 2020 and Les Mills Sprint Instructor Cer

Being on the bike is great fun, and so far loved this journey.
Adapting to any fitness regime is difficult and sometimes doesn't go to plan, for various reasons. My goal is to help you reach your fitness goals, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
Exercise should be challenging and safe but also be fun. Nerves may kick in but you take it at your pace, and build on your fitnes

So come into class and nail it, and have that sense of achievement afterward.
